Three members of the Charter Review Commission describe the main provisions of the proposed charter, the process the commission used to study forms of government for cities, and share how they decided to recommend a new charter of the city of Saratoga Springs. Panelists are Gordon Boyd, founder of EnergyNext; Minita Sanghvi, assistant professor, Management and Business, Skidmore College; and Barbara Thomas, community activist. Moderator is Pattie Garrett, LWV Saratoga.
