Did you know that our state constitution currently lacks protection against sex discrimination, because it only offers protection against racial and religious discrimination?!

New York state has laws against sex discrimination, but they can easily be repealed, Amendments, however, provide greater lasting protection.

It’s in our hands to change that. The NY state legislature has passed the ERANY, and now, this November, it’s on the ballot for voter ratification.
