The Presidential Primary has been rescheduled to June 23.

• June 13-21 Early Voting for Primary

• June 23, 2020: Presidential, Congressional, State, and Local Primaries

• By Executive Order, all voters in New York State may vote by absentee ballot in the June primary, using the excuse of “temporary illness.”

• There will be four primaries in Saratoga County:

  • Democratic Presidential Primary

  • 49th State Senate District Democratic Primary. The 49th Senate District covers Ballston, Charlton, Clifton Park, Corinth, Day, Edinburg, Galway, Hadley, Malta, Milton, Providence, and Saratoga Springs (election districts 7, 19, 20 & 21 only).

  • 108th Assembly District Democratic Primary. Open to enrolled Democratic voters residing within the Town of Waterford.

  • Malta Town Judge Independence Party Primary. Open to enrolled Independence Party voters residing within the Town of Malta.
