Good Trouble on the Journey to Justice

Artist Francelise Dawkin created the “Good Trouble on the Journey to Justice” collage with funds from a grant obtained by the League of Women Voters of Saratoga from Saratoga Arts. The title of the collage comes from the words of famed civil rights activist, John Lewis. The collage is inspired by stories collected by the League from local people who caused some trouble as they stood up for what they thought was right.

The collage is now on display through Wednesday, March 2, at the Saratoga Springs Public Library, 49 Henry Street, Saratoga Springs, NY, during open hours (Mon-Thurs 9-9, Fri 9-6, Sat 9-5, Sun 12-5).. For more images of the display, see our Good Trouble Display album on our Flickr page.
