The topic of the March Meetup will be How to Fight Disinformation. Long-time League member Barbara Thomas will present a PowerPoint, using information developed by the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS) about ways to counteract disinformation. UCS says the main and most important thing to remember is to NEVER repeat disinformation - even when pointing out that it is incorrect! And they have lots more tips Thomas will present.
