Saratoga's new 24/7 year-round shelter and care center opened in June. Hear about the shelter and the services that surround it as well as the city and community support needed to make it successful. Meet Sybil Newell, Executive Director of RISE, and Maggie Fronk, CEO of Wellspring. They also will talk about their work with the Saratoga County Housing Alliance.
